● Variety: Nishitoyo, an all-purpose variety.
These potatoes are juicy and moist.
Recommended for potato salad, croquettes, nikujaga (meat and potato stew), and more.
They also have the characteristic of being resistant to falling apart when cooked.

As shown in the photos, some potatoes may have a lumpy shape or mechanical cracks.
If you trim away the cracked parts, the inside and taste are exactly the same as perfect potatoes.
The sizes are also mixed.
While they may not look perfect, once peeled, they are no different from high-quality potatoes.
Once you peel them, they are delicious to eat!!

We are careful during harvest, but some skin may inevitably peel off. Please refrain from purchasing if this is a concern.

Due to the busy season, shipping may take 2-3 days, so please allow for this.
