- These tomatoes have a mild acidity and a prominent sweetness! They have thick flesh with less jelly-like pulp, allowing you to enjoy a firm, meaty texture!

- We've packed a variety of sizes, from small ones perfect for bento boxes to larger, more substantial ones! (Currently, there's a higher proportion of medium-sized tomatoes!)


★ About Aiko Tomatoes
The defining characteristic of Aiko tomatoes is their thick flesh.
They also contain glutamic acid and hold their shape well even when cooked, making them perfect for dishes like soups and gratins!


★ Sugar Content and Taste
We strive daily to maximize the sugar content of our tomatoes. However, sugar content is greatly influenced by weather and the health of the tomato plants, so we cannot cultivate them under the same conditions every day.

Currently, the average sugar content of our Aiko tomatoes is 6-7 degrees Brix. Generally, tomatoes with a sugar content exceeding 8 degrees Brix are called fruit tomatoes and are known for their exceptional sweetness.

★ Cultivation Features
Our farm uses clear, beautiful groundwater filtered through the sandy soil along the Hyuga-nada coast (Pacific Ocean off Miyazaki) to generously water our tomatoes.

Furthermore, because we are a small farm, we meticulously tend to each plant with care and affection. This allows us to manage our crops thoroughly and cultivate the tomato plants in the best possible condition.


★ Shipping and Packaging
We take great care in inspecting and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, as we harvest and ship them when fully ripe, there is a possibility of cracking during transit. To provide you with peace of mind, we ship approximately 50g extra.

Shipping is done on Mondays and Fridays.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM on the day of shipping will be sent out that day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.
