We are offering a log that has been used for hybrid beekeeping and has housed bees almost every year (used for multiple years and has captured many swarms).
The log was processed after being dried for over 20 years.

I set a tiered box on top of a board with holes slightly larger than those in the log (example of use in the 8th photo) and have the bees move in.
By using a log, I believe it makes the bees feel more at ease, as if it were a natural tree, thus reducing their wariness and making it easier for them to move in.

Also, the holes were made with a drill and chisel, not a chainsaw, so there is no chainsaw oil residue that bees dislike.

The entrance can be used as is, but you are welcome to modify it to your preference.
Using it with attractants like Kinryohen may increase the chances of bees moving in.

Only the log will be shipped.
