① Time Delay/Stoppage (Critical)
The second hand moves when exposed to light, but the watch stops at some point, resulting in a significant time delay (likely due to secondary battery degradation or movement failure). It is not possible to measure time correctly.

② Buckle Malfunction
The push button part of the buckle has a loose fit and does not click closed.
(However, it is possible to wear the watch without it coming off the wrist by snapping the double-lock clasp with the CITIZEN logo over it.)

This is a ladies' (boys') size of Citizen's authentic diver's watch, PROMASTER.
It is made of titanium, which is less likely to cause metal allergies and is very light (Citizen's proprietary surface hardening technology, DURATECT).

It does not function correctly, so it cannot be used as a watch.
It is being sold as a 【parts source】 for the titanium band, etc., or as a 【repair base (junk item)】 for those who can repair it themselves.
