There are scuffs on 2 of the blades (likely caused by contact with benzine or alcohol).
They are on the back of the blades, so they may not be very noticeable.

When viewed from the front, it appears to lean slightly to the left, possibly due to a loose shaft.
Operation has been confirmed.
When the height is extended and oscillation is engaged, it may stop oscillating at certain points.

As this is a very old item, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about scratches or its condition.
Considering it was used annually at my parents' home, the cover is in good condition. (There are smokers in my parents' home.)
