WonderSwan New USB Power Board + 3D Printed Flat Cover New Clear

This is a custom 3D printed cover for a Wonderswan Color/Crystal USB power supply unit. (This is a set of the power board and the cover.)

The price will increase after the remaining 10 units are sold out, as the procurement cost of the power board will significantly rise for future production.

The previous version had a rather strong white tint, but this one is highly transparent (you can see the board underneath).

Older Chinese-made power boards had tall components, creating a bulge similar to a standard battery case. However, new power boards released around late 2024 have lower-profile components, allowing for the attachment of this flat cover.

I've printed it as cleanly as possible, but due to the layer-by-layer printing process, there might be a slight jagged texture. Please consider this normal. With the translucent version, the LED will be visible, and some print lines may be apparent, but this is within the current product specifications (please refer to the photos). Opaque colors like white, black, and red will barely show the LED (black will be almost completely invisible).

Power is supplied via a USB-C connector. Any standard 5V output will work (USB-PD is not supported).

This product does not include anything other than the power unit and the board cover.
The board cover is made of PLA resin and is sensitive to high temperatures.
Do not leave it in places exceeding 40°C (104°F) as it may deform.

Other color options will depend on the availability of affordable filament. For now, please request colors in the comments, and I will check if they are possible.

For those who already own the power board:
If you only want the cover, please ask in the comments. However, please note that due to variations in board soldering, the metal contacts might protrude, and the cover may not fit without modification. This is intended for users who are comfortable with sanding or making adjustments.
