[Overview]
This is a Walz close-up lens (+2D).
By attaching it to a filter mount, you can shorten the lens's minimum focusing distance, allowing you to get closer to your subject for shooting.
When attached to lenses with a minimum focus distance of 1 meter, such as older Leica L-mount lenses, it enables focusing from approximately 35-50cm.
As is typical of Japanese filters from that era, it features the characteristic texture of a brass mount.
