These are waterproof E.L.T. boots made of easy-to-care-for PVC. They are a Chelsea boot style (please note that the elastic side panels are fabric and will let water through).

These were used a few times (5-6 times) before my child outgrew them. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but as this is a personal inspection, there may be minor oversights.
