This is a B♭ clarinet mouthpiece (CL-4CM), along with its included cap and ligature.
These were included as accessories when I purchased a new YAMAHA SEVMaster.
They are brand new, unused, and have not been opened.
The cap and ligature are also brand new and unopened.
I am unsure of the official retail price for the mouthpiece alone, but checking multiple sales sites suggests it is typically sold for around ¥10,000 to ¥12,000!
I am listing this with the mouthpiece, cap, and ligature included, but please let me know if you would prefer to purchase them separately.
