Bassoon Finished Reed TK-M Medium (No Thread Wrapping)

Finished bassoon reed without thread winding. Reeds without thread winding have a rich overtone and clear tone because there is no tightening of the thread. The sound will be slightly more prominent even in tutti passages.
However, due to the following disadvantages, they are not widely distributed as finished commercial reeds. Please refer below.

- The base is light, so it may fall from the tip when dropped.
- Difficult to distinguish without marking, making them hard to sell.
- The base is difficult to grip, making it hard to apply force when inserting into the bocal.

If these points do not bother you, you will get rich overtones, a louder sound, and easier tone control with your embouchure. Even professional musicians are increasingly seen using these reeds recently. The threaded part is resin-coated, so there is no air leakage.
