This is a 2-layer, 4-way blouson from Burberry Sports.

This is a functional outerwear piece made with 2-layer fabric featuring a breathable and waterproof film, also used in brands like The North Face and Patagonia.
Burberry Sports was planned by Sanyo Shokai and is made in Japan.

The sleeves can be detached with snap buttons to become short sleeves, and the hem can also be detached, turning it into a coat and a blouson.
It also has stretch, so we believe it can be used as golf wear.
It's a multi-functional item with a small pocket on the back.

As this is an older item, the seam tape on the storage hood has deteriorated, so we recommend repairing the hood or not using it.
The body is mesh, so we cannot see the condition of the breathable and waterproof film or seam tape, but we believe they may have deteriorated to some extent.
However, it is still in usable condition!
