Sylvanian Families House with Lights Limited Wallpaper, Furniture, Doll, and Car Set

I originally received a beautiful house from someone else and purchased various additional items.
Everything is included, so how about this for a child's first Sylvanian Families set?

Includes 2 cars, 1 bicycle, and the following dolls: Chocolate Rabbit Family, Silk Cat Family, and a set of three baby rabbits.

The house has different wallpaper in each room and appears to have been a limited edition set. It's very cute.

The light that was originally attached to the house is currently working without any issues.
The light for the baby's room, which may have been sold separately, can also be attached to the kitchen. This one might be a bit dimmer, possibly due to the remaining battery life.
Please understand that all batteries currently in use will be removed (not included) before shipping.

My daughter only played with it occasionally by herself, so I believe it's in relatively good condition. However, there may be missing items and minor scratches on the house accessories, cars, furniture, and small items. I haven't itemized everything as there are many small pieces.
The items in the pictures and their condition are everything, so please check them carefully.

The original box for the house is still available, but as you can see in the pictures, it is in poor condition. I will place the house in the original box and then pack everything into a larger cardboard box for shipping.
