As a bonus, we're including a dresser from the Little Berry Collection (Sanrio Kitty dollhouse furniture). (Note: It has dirt, scratches, and tape marks, and is purely a free extra.)
This is a set ready for immediate play.
As this is an old item, there may be some melting, sticking, scratches, dirt, etc., due to age-related deterioration.
Some parts were missing, so we've included similar replacements.
We've also added a few extra clothes to compensate for missing items.
The dolls also have dirt and peeling.
The Chiffon Dog girl is in relatively good condition.

This item was played with by a child when they were young and has been stored at home. We ask that you understand that it is an old item.
We have cats.
We will pack carefully, but there is a small possibility that cat hair may be included. Therefore, please refrain from purchasing if you have animal hair allergies.

The item will be placed in its original box, protected from water, and reinforced with cardboard or a paper bag for shipping.
