All parts, including the box and cake sheets, are present!
While parts in this series are often prone to breakage, all parts in this set are free from any cracks or peeling stickers.
There is only a slight tear on the paper cake box.
The outer box also shows some signs of use.
While the parts and the main unit are in beautiful condition overall, the outer signboard and roof sections have faded slightly.
