This is a rubber wristband from KAF's 1st ONE-MAN LIVE Fukakai that I bought used several years ago and kept stored away.
I bought it unused and haven't opened the bag since, so I don't believe there are any scratches, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about amateur storage.
I plan to pack it in a bag and protect it with bubble wrap.
