This is a Heisei Retro Snoopy (SNOOPY) fan/uchiwa.
I received this as a novelty gift for making a purchase over a certain amount at Snoopy Town.
There are stains due to age-related deterioration on the blue part with the design.
The printed Snoopy itself is in good condition with no peeling or fading.
Also, the uchiwa uses a slightly translucent, cool-feeling material.
The handle part also has yellowing due to age-related deterioration.
