Material: Made from Takashima Chijimi, a fabric with a history dating back to the Edo period in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture. The fabric's textured surface (shibo) minimizes skin contact, offering excellent sweat absorption, quick-drying properties, and breathability.
Design: This is a two-piece traditional Japanese garment top, an adaptation of the Edo-period Fuubi for modern everyday wear. It features a lightly padded collar around the neck.
Occasions: Can be worn as a substitute for a yukata when paired with the Fuubi Bottom in the same pattern or a plain color.
