Vintage 1950s Risque Lady Top Hat Party New Year's Eve Handmade Cellophane. The picture of the woman has been covered up in areas to meet eBay specification. The top print with the woman is a magazine ad print from the '50s. It's all handmade and then covered in cellophane. It has cosmetic imperfections but nothing major. There are pieces that are loose pieces that are lifting but it is entirely intact and can be worn right out of the box with the imperfections that it currently has.
