Vintage Taxco Leaf Brooch Pin 925 Abalone Shell Inlay (read description)

Precious and Petite, Approx. 1.5 inches long × 0.75 inches wide, mid‑century Taxco sterling silver leaf brooch with natural patina and abalone inlay. Classic 1950s–1970s Mexican craftsmanship with a protective resin finish over the shell, typical of the era. Lightweight, wearable, and very charming in person.  • Sterling silver (marked TAXCO 925)  • HECHO MEXICO country mark  • Circle‑V workshop/distributor stamp  • Hand‑engraved artisan signature on the third line beneath TAXCO 925; appears to read XPACA ROCHE or XPACA ROCNE (signature is worn but original)  • If you look in the stem on the back, you will see the TAXCO Eagle as well!  • Abalone inlay with traditional mid‑century protective coating  • Lovely natural patina left in place  • Secure vintage pin‑back  I think the condition looks very good for mid century.
