These are Talavera pottery from Mexico.
Talavera pottery is characterized by its vibrant colors and unique designs, with each piece being one-of-a-kind, hand-painted by artisans.
After purchase, they were used as decorative items without being used, and while we have not tested them with soap, we have confirmed their functionality as dispensers by filling them with water.
The pump part is a standard plastic pump, so it may be possible to replace it with another if the size fits.

Although they have not been used as dispensers, they have been displayed and filled with water for testing, so they are being sold as used items.
