I was interested in apricots, which are not grown in my region, so I purchased some and made this again with the ones I had stored.
They are large fruits, different from my plums (Shinshu Oomi and Shinshu Sour).

The apricots are halved and not rolled up with shiso.
They are pickled slowly with our Red Shiso Plum Vinegar, Red Shiso, and sugar for sweetness.

The flesh is mostly firm and crisp, allowing for slicing.
Depending on the size, there are 5 halved apricots, and the red shiso pickled with them is also included in the pack.

It has a sour, sweet, and salty taste.
Enjoy as is with tea, or slice and use as a topping.
It might also be interesting to mix with red shiso.

Vacuum-packed and shipped at room temperature.
250g including red shiso. Single item price: 1000 yen.
Expiration date is 1 month after shipping.
The date will be written upon shipping.

Please refrigerate upon arrival.
Freezing is also possible.
