Made with 100% domestic rice, this healthy, pounded mochi is crafted with carefully selected ingredients, focusing on the unique flavor and taste of each. It comes in a pack of four delicious varieties: aonori (sea lettuce), shrimp, black soybeans, and sesame.
Our unique process involves steaming washed and soaked rice to create okowa (steamed rice), then pounding it using our proprietary two-stage pounding method before shaping it into flat sheets. It is then rapidly chilled in refrigeration to harden the mochi and enhance its flavor. The result is a mochi with a fine texture and a firm, chewy consistency.
