Premium quality
There are some blemishes, but I have selected relatively clean ones.
They are in the same condition as when harvested, without any washing, to avoid damaging the plums.
Insects or dirt may be present.
When I listed them previously, I was told they were red, but these are called Beninanko and are traded at a high price! They turn a beautiful red color when exposed to plenty of sunlight (*^^*)
Plums continue to ripen, so if shipped at room temperature, they will inevitably turn yellow during transit.
They may also become steamed or damaged due to conditions during shipping.
To avoid this, we recommend refrigerated shipping, although it will be slightly more expensive!
Please comment before purchasing if you would like refrigerated shipping, as the price will be adjusted.
Plums are a perishable item. They continue to respire even after shipping. They lose moisture during ripening, so we include extra, but please understand that the weight may decrease by more than 10% upon arrival (>_<)
