Daiichi Touki Demitasse Cup & Saucer Set (5 pieces)
Thank you for looking! ?
A set of 5 Imari ware teacups and saucers, a traditional Japanese porcelain.
Style: This is a Ko-Imari design in the Kinrande style, characterized by its vibrant red and gold colors and ornate painted designs.
Use: These are small-sized demitasse cups, suitable for coffee or tea.
History: Fired in Arita (present-day Arita Town, Saga Prefecture), they were called Imari ware because they were shipped from the port of Imari during the Edo period.
These items have been carefully stored in my parents' sideboard.
I would be grateful if you could check the images for details.
Thank you.
