This powdered tea is cultivated with a focus on low-pesticide farming, primarily using organic fertilizers. It is harvested and produced at our farm from late April to early May.
Tsuyu Hikari (variety name) is a registered variety in Shizuoka Prefecture. As it is Kabusecha, it has a characteristic sweetness, excellent liquor color, and a rich flavor.
Each bag contains 200g and is nitrogen-filled (nitrogen filling is a preservation method where nitrogen gas, used for food preservation, is filled to maintain superior quality compared to vacuum sealing). Therefore, the expiration date is one year.
