■ The buyer is deemed to have agreed to all special terms and conditions outlined in the description and profile sections below.
1. Due to the low shipping cost and the fact that this is a private sale with limited liability,
the buyer, in exchange, assumes the risk of non-arrival due to shipping accidents (even if the cause is unknown) or product defects.
The buyer must confirm receipt and make payment by the 7th day after shipping notification.
In case of shipping accidents, the buyer will file a claim with the shipping company after payment and will not raise any objections to the seller.

1-1. The buyer must leave a transaction rating of Good or higher for the seller.
No comments should be entered in the rating comment section.

2. In the event of a breach of these special terms, the buyer shall pay the seller 200,000 yen as damages.
(This includes costs for account investigation and other expenses for compulsory enforcement.)
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ichikawa Summary Court or the Chiba District Court.
Payment delay will be calculated from the day after the purchase date,
and the buyer shall pay the seller late payment interest at a rate of 14.6% per annum.

3. Even if payment is made through the site,
the buyer cannot claim or assert that the payment has been completed.

7. The following special terms regarding the transfer of risk shall apply. The timing of the transfer of risk as stipulated in Article 567 and Article 536 of the Civil Code shall be
the point at which the seller hands over the product to the shipping company (including posting it in a mailbox, etc.).
Thereafter, the risk shall be transferred to the buyer.

If the product is lost or damaged after being handed over to the shipping company,
due to reasons not attributable to either party (such as shipping accidents),
the creditor (buyer) cannot request supplementary performance or cancel the contract,
and the buyer cannot refuse to pay the purchase price.

8. The buyer can only cancel this sales contract if the buyer proves that the seller is responsible for the non-performance
and that the seller acted with intent or gross negligence.
In all other cases, the buyer cannot cancel the contract, even under statutory provisions.

10. For products that include coupons, codes, IDs, or passwords,
there may be rare instances where the code becomes unusable due to circumstances of the service provider.
Even in such cases, the buyer must pay the purchase price.
This is to prevent malicious buyers from falsely claiming that the code is unusable and demanding a refund.
