Suitable paint films: Lacquer, acrylic lacquer, melamine resin baked paint, acrylic resin baked paint, water-soluble resin baked paint, phthalic resin paint, acrylic urethane resin paint, vinyl resin paint, oil-based paint.
Apply generously and evenly to the painted surface with a brush. The paint film will lift in about 5-15 minutes. (Lacquer, etc., will dissolve or soften.) Scrape off the softened paint film with a scraper or spatula. For thick paint films, repeat the application. Note that the viscosity is close to water.
