?The number of leaves may be adjusted slightly depending on their size, but the overall volume (approximately 1g per leaf) will remain consistent with previous offerings.

?We take great care in preparing these leaves, including removing thorns, eliminating parasite eggs, and shipping daily regardless of weather conditions during the season. We pride ourselves on the meticulous effort we put into raising our plants, which sets our food leaves apart. They are, of course, pesticide-free.

?We strive to ensure a stable supply of food plants from April to the end of November each year. Therefore, we offer all the food plants we can obtain, as we cannot afford to waste even a single branch unless absolutely necessary. We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that these food sources are distributed to others as well.

?We ensure adequate hydration and moisture retention before shipping. By taking the leaves directly to the Yamato Transport service center for the 7:00 PM final pickup, we avoid the unnecessary delays associated with shipping from convenience stores or post offices. For nearby locations, the leaves are transported during the cool evening and will be delivered to your mailbox by the morning. Like leafy vegetables, they will last longer if stored in the vegetable crisper of your refrigerator. Occasional misting is recommended. They can last from 2 weeks to 2 months.

?For regions that typically receive delivery the day after tomorrow (Okinawa, Kyushu, Shikoku, Hokkaido, and the far ends of Honshu), please understand that delivery may take longer before making your purchase.
