The product shipped is always fresh and has a long expiration date, so why not get it at a good price? It's very soft because it's freshly opened.
If kept in the refrigerator, it will remain soft for 3 months (verified).

Recently, more plumbers are using New Tite instead of sealing tape. This is because gas molecules are smaller.

This will be shipped via standard mail. We are not looking to profit, so if there are any issues with hardening, defects, or non-delivery, we will reship immediately.

There is no sorting or delivery of mail on weekends, holidays, or weekday evenings, so please be aware that purchases made on or after Wednesday may take longer to arrive.

We remove air and fill the container with a special tool, so it won't stick to your hands and can be applied directly to the threads.

Even when purchased new, it costs nearly ￥3,000, and you'll likely have a lot left over. This small amount is sufficient for sealing 2-3 pipe connections.
In reality, even if you use a lot, the excess is wiped off and discarded.

Regarding usage, if you are replacing gas appliances, we will provide advice as much as possible.
This is not a recommendation for installation.

We can also provide advice on how to detect gas when replacing built-in stoves, even without a gas detector, using personal methods.
We can also advise on how to dispose of old built-in stoves for free, so please feel free to ask if you wish.

When I connected without using this, there was a slight gas leak and I noticed a gas smell.
It wasn't a dangerous level, but after using this product and tightening the connection, the gas smell disappeared from that day on, so I recommend it if you are considering replacement.

It can also be used as a substitute for Toho Gas's designated ThreeBond gas pipe sealant TS Seal and Heliseal G-1 in the Kanto region.
If you have any left over, it can also be used for repairing car door weatherstripping.
