Our farm has reclaimed wasteland and abandoned farmland from scratch, built our own chicken coop with DIY, and prepared the fields into an environment where vegetables can grow. It is a small farm that we have created with our own hands from the ground up.

Our chickens are raised in a free-range system, where they can move around freely without being kept in cages. We prioritize creating an environment where they can spend their time freely on the soil with as little stress as possible. As a result, healthy and vigorous chickens are raised, and the eggs have a natural richness and strength of flavor.

What we are particularly particular about is the feed.
The feed is completely self-mixed, and the main ingredients, rice and corn, are all grown in our own fields. Furthermore, no chemical fertilizers are used in their cultivation; only chicken manure from our own poultry farming is used as fertilizer.

The feed mixture includes:
- Rice and corn grown on our own farm
- Rice bran
- Oilseed meal
- Rice husks and smoked rice husks
- Oyster shells

These ingredients are balanced and mixed to create feed that prioritizes the health of our chickens.
