- The sales period is approximately from March 1st to July 10th each year.
- Please inform us of your desired shipping date. If no date is provided, we will ship sequentially.
- As these are plants, there will be individual differences.
- Some wilting may occur during transport, but it will not affect planting.

◎ How to store seedlings
- Upon arrival, do not leave the sweet potato seedlings in the cardboard box. Store them in a cool place.
You can maintain their quality for a short period by placing them upright in a bucket with a shallow amount of water, just enough to cover the cut ends, and covering the leaves with wet newspaper in a cool, well-ventilated area. You can also place them on top of materials like pumice.
- As the products are perishable, please receive them on the day of delivery if possible.
If you are unable to receive the product for several days due to your own circumstances and the product spoils, we cannot offer compensation.
- Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
