◆ Reference
○ Planting seedlings
(May - June) Planting location: Sunny, well-draining spot (also grows in partial shade).
Spacing: Plant with about 20-30cm between plants.

○ Harvesting tips (late June - October)
? First harvest:
When the plant reaches about 30cm in height, pick the lower leaves first.
To increase side shoots:
Pinching the tips of the stems will encourage more side shoots to grow, increasing your harvest.
? Best time:
For red shiso juice, etc., harvesting from late June to July when the leaves' color and aroma are at their peak is best.

◎ Shipping
Delivery may take a few days depending on weather conditions.
We use Nekoposu for shipping, which is as fast as Takkyubin and arrives the quickest based on our experience.
(For Honshu, it usually arrives the next day except for remote islands!)
After receiving the shipping notification, please check the delivery status and pick up your package from your mailbox as soon as possible.

Depending on the weather, harvesting may be affected. After rain, the soil may be muddy.
