This plant actually grows into a large tree. In some regions of Japan, it needs to be protected indoors during winter. When you pass by the tree, you'll want to rub its leaves. The scent of the leaves is strong and smells just like the essential oil. In the Australian wilderness, this strong fragrance likely soars towards the heavens. With this small lemon eucalyptus, we can imagine a vast, expansive sky and land. It's a slender tree that grows up to 30 meters tall. It has long, narrow, triangular leaves that grow alternately. Young leaves are smooth, but mature leaves become rough and secrete a particularly strong fragrance from the fine hairs on their undersides. It is sensitive to cold, so it should be grown indoors during winter.
