This is a Proxxon tabletop styrofoam cutter (No. 27180).

Usage Frequency: Used less than 10 times since purchase, so it is in very clean condition with minimal signs of use overall.
Operation Check: Tested for power and cutting operation with the hot wire upon listing. It cuts smoothly and without issues, including temperature adjustment with the dial (a test cut is shown in the second image).
Exterior: It is in beautiful condition overall due to infrequent use, but there are slight scuff marks on the scale markings on the top plate (please check images 11 and 12). These do not affect use in any way.
