I've forgotten the brand name, but this is an accessory made of leather and beads that I purchased at Barneys New York about 15 years ago.
I bought it because I liked the design, but I never had a chance to wear it and have kept it carefully stored. It's an accessory worn around the neck and would make a great accent piece for your outfit.
I think it would fit well with many styles, such as vintage outfits, Western styles, and American casual looks.
I believe the original price was around ¥25,000.
