The approximately 90mm depth prevents stir-fried ingredients from splashing out and allows for versatile cooking, from stir-frying to simmering like a pot. The bottom of the Deepest Pan features a three-layer construction, made with an impact bonding process that sandwiches a highly heat-conductive aluminum layer between stainless steel and magnetic stainless steel. This prevents hot spots, ensuring even heating across the entire bottom for uniform cooking without scorching. The interior is finished with a special non-stick coating for excellent food release and high durability, making cleanup a breeze after cooking. The black handle features a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating that resists discoloration and is secured with rivets for a stable grip.
The flat lid has a foldable knob, making it easy to store and dry on a dish rack, saving space.
