Kanzashiya wargo Hokusai Graphic Maiko Umbrella -Aka-

This is the Akari Maiko umbrella from Hokusai Graphic, sold about 8 years ago.

This item has been discontinued for a long time.
It was very popular at the time, and I remember having trouble getting my hands on it because it sold out quickly in stores...

I bought it at first sight, but recently I haven't had the chance to use it because I didn't want to damage it.
I have used it outdoors about twice.

I have listed it as a parasol, but I recall that it did not have UV protection. It was primarily a fashion item.
It cannot be used in the rain.

There is one spot of discoloration, possibly due to age.
Additionally, the metal fittings on the handle are also discolored.

I truly love this item, so honestly, I am very hesitant to part with it.
