Description

This is a cheese grater from Kaijirushi.

It's useful for grating cheese for pasta and salads, and for zesting orange peel or shaving chocolate for baking. It can also grate ginger without crushing the fibers.

I purchased this a few years ago and used it a few times, but I have similar tools, so I'm selling it. As it has been used infrequently, I consider it to be in beautiful condition from my perspective. There is some slight clouding on the stainless steel and some scratches on the plastic (see photo 4).
It has a handle for easy operation and a cap for compact storage.
