Thanks to this board, it's been a great help as both a bread kneading board and a work table. The attached photos (images 14 & 15) show me making bread dough and stollen. It has a good weight, and the surface is resistant to dough sticking. Compared to using cutting boards or dough sheets, it makes working so much easier! I plan to continue using it extensively.
