All parts are included. However, the water filter cartridge is used up and is not included.

There is a water leak from the flexible hose. We believe it can be used without issue after replacing the hose.

Used in a home kitchen. It is wiped down daily, so there is almost no water scale and the exterior is clean.

This faucet has been very convenient and I have greatly appreciated its ease of use.
