[How to Use]
(1) Remove the contents from the bag.
(2) Peel off the transparent film and apply the gel side to the area you wish to cool. (You can cut it to the appropriate size with scissors depending on the area of use.)
(3) For functional and hygienic reasons, use each sheet only once. Replace with a new sheet approximately every 10 hours.
(4) Cooling effect is enhanced by chilling in the refrigerator before use. (Do not place in the freezer.)
