Limoges 22K Gold Pitcher

This is a 22K gold water pitcher made in Limoges, France.
This item, with its slender form measuring 18cm in height and approximately 10cm at its widest point, was not used as a water pitcher but rather displayed as an objet d'art on a shelf alongside other Limoges pieces. It was originally part of a set with a tray, but the tray was already missing when I found it at an antique shop. Its form is simply too beautiful, and the scene depicted on the side appears to be a lady presenting flowers to a gentleman on a picnic. It is a masterpiece where the deep navy blue is beautifully accented by the gold trim.
In short, I fell in love with it at first sight and acquired it. This is a decluttering sale as part of my end-of-life preparations. I hope it finds its way to someone who will cherish it.
