Description
This is an older model Polar wrist-worn heart rate monitor (the electrodes attach to your chest). It's the type where you read the data after measuring. It seems to be useful for training by analyzing autonomic nervous system activity (sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves), etc. I haven't delved that deep, so I don't know the specifics. I'd recommend this to someone knowledgeable in this area. As it's used, there are some signs of wear here and there. Thank you.
