This is an Imagawayaki pan from Iwachu, a long-established Nambu ironware maker in Iwate.
The mold design features an oni (ogre) in the center and six thunderclouds around it.
Because it's made of ironware, it's resistant to burning, allowing you to make delicious Imagawayaki.
Nambu ironware is excellent for baking pans as it minimizes uneven heating.
It thoroughly cooks ingredients.
Freshly baked Imagawayaki is exceptional.
