Enamel Coating: Made from glass, enamel is resistant to food acids and prevents odor transfer even with prolonged use. Staub's enamel coating is highly durable.
Knob: The high-temperature resistant knob allows for oven cooking. (Supports up to 250°C)
Pot Bottom: The smooth bottom can be used on all heat sources. It is compatible with gas direct heat, ovens, and induction (100V, 200V). (Microwave use is not permitted.)
Matte Black Enamel Coating: The interior features Staub's unique textured finish. The fine unevenness increases the surface area, allowing oil to penetrate well and reducing sticking as there are fewer contact points with food.
