Various thicknesses, various numbers of knots, and the branched parts are heavy. However, the protrusions and bends grow strong to prevent the wood from splitting, making them so hard that sometimes even a chainsaw can't cut them (-_-;)

If not dried enough, they can easily become brittle, but the moisture content has been measured, and they are thoroughly dried for excellent hardness and chewability.
They are cut with a chainsaw and the small branches are sanded, but please understand that small imperfections or cracks/splits due to over-drying may occur.
