This listing is for the Wakepuka in Gray.

This is a container that can divide the interior of a larger Medaka (killifish) tank, larger than the original Wakepuka.
As it is a divided container with mesh, it allows for water sharing with the larger tank it is placed in.
By sharing water with the larger tank, you can maintain a stable breeding environment in terms of water quality and temperature, allowing Medaka of different sizes or breeds to coexist in the same tank during their growth stages.

It can also be used as a hatching container, allowing you to raise fry from hatching in a container color suitable for their breed.


Black: For breeds where you want to enhance coloration.
White: For breeds where you want to extend external light coloration.
Blue: For breeds where you want to achieve beautiful lamé effects.
Green: For ornamental purposes to beautifully showcase Medaka.
Gray: A versatile type that is strong for coloration and external light breeds.


- When touching the tank or water, please unplug all electrical appliances before proceeding.
- Never use chemicals or detergents when cleaning this product.
- If you use chemicals containing pigments, the color may transfer to the product and become permanent.
- If the mesh tears, breaks, or deforms, discontinue use immediately.
- If the container becomes tilted, adjust the position of the float to balance it.


- We will check for scratches during shipping preparation, but items with minor scratches that do not interfere with use will be shipped as is.
- The Wakepuka will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a box. This is simple packaging, and the bubble wrap and box may be reused.
- Please be careful when opening the package with cutters or other sharp objects, as they may scratch the Wakepuka. Also, please be careful not to cut your hands on the cardboard.
- Since there is no Yamato Transport service point nearby, we will use the Sumari Box installed at a nearby convenience store.
