After confirming the price, we will create a sample.
Cancellations are not possible after the sample image is created.
Up to 2 revisions of the sample are free. The 3rd revision will incur an additional charge of ¥100. Recreating the design from scratch due to font changes or significant modifications will incur an additional charge of ¥200 from the first instance.
Shipping will be via YuYu Mercari便 or Kuroneko Mercari便. The shipping method may change depending on the size after packaging.

Also, in case of unannounced cancellation, we will use the design even if you have indicated that samples are not allowed, so please understand. Please always provide a message even if you cancel.
※ Although we use machinery, some detailed parts or areas that cannot be reached by machine will be hand-cut with a cutter, etc.
※ Cancellations or changes after purchase cannot be made.
Changes can only be accommodated with additional charges in unavoidable circumstances.
※ Fans or boards, double-sided tape, etc. are not included.
※ We take the utmost care in creation, but there is a possibility of air bubbles, wrinkles, glue marks, or dirt.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are seeking perfection or have strong preferences.
※ We will create based on the sample you approve, but there may be slight positional shifts or color variations.
※ Although we try to remove them as much as possible, there may be residual mat glue or scratches from placing it on the mat and feeding it into the machine. This will be on the back and will not affect use, but please understand.
※ We are not responsible for any trouble after shipping.

Some parts, such as the outer frame of connected letters, are hand-cut. There may be slight unevenness or nicks.
The size will vary depending on the font and the number of characters. Please use the sample image as a reference only.
