It is speculated that Hanami refers to Sakuragi Hanamichi from Slam Dunk.

Made by KINGORNAR (King Owner), a well-known manufacturer of modified school uniforms in Osaka.
*The company appears to have closed in March 2012.

This item is now out of print and will never be sold new again.

This is a new, unused deadstock item.
Although listed as new and unused, there is yellowing (sunburn?) on the back collar due to age. *There is yellowing throughout, possibly from sun exposure.
It is unknown if washing or dry cleaning will remove it.
It is in its original bag, but as it is an old item from a closed store, there may be age-related deterioration other than yellowing.
