I was unsure of the product category, so I have assigned it to this one.
This was included as a UHF antenna for a CRT portable television. The bottom part of the antenna was designed to be inserted into a hole at the back top of the TV. The antenna length is approximately 28 cm when retracted and approximately 98 cm when extended.
It is almost unused and has been stored at home, but there is some damage due to age.
